The service was excellent and very helpful, although there was a minor inconvenience with access to the lift. The location is fantastic for train travelers and city explorers. Dining provided a good variety of options, especially the English breakfast, but there were some complaints about food quantity and service. Overall, a mixed experience with noticeable positives and negatives.
